QBH STACKER BEAMS AND CONVEYOR FOUNDATIONS
Client: Queensland Bulk Handling
Year Completed: 2010
Location: Port of Brisbane (South East Queensland)
Description: Construction of stacker reclaimer foundation beams, conveyor plinths, foundations for transfer stations and coal bunker walls
Project value: $6.1 million

GATEWAY TOLL PLAZA UPGRADE
Client: Queensland Motorways
Year Completed: 2009
Location: Gateway Bridge Brisbane (South East Queensland)
Description: Removal of existing manual pay lanes in each direction on the bridge and incorporating these into wider e-toll lanes. A tricky project that required careful coordination of complex electronic and electrical service relocations, necessary to maintain e-toll monitoring at all times. The work was undertaken at night, after and before peak hour traffic flows.

NORTHSHORE PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT

Year Completed: 2008
Location: Hamilton Brisbane (South East Queensland)
Description: Construction of the recreational parkland as the first stage of the Northshore Urban Renewal Project. Work included earthworks, decorative concrete paving, services, drainage sewer reticulation, hard and soft landscaping and public amenities

CANUNGRA MILITARY BASE SERVICES UPGRADES
Client: John Holland
Year Completed: 2008
Location: Canungra Military Base (South East Queensland)
Description: A contract for the replacement of existing water reticulation, fire reticulation, sewer, electrical and drainage services in the married and single quarters areas of an operational military base. Roadwork and the construction of parking facilities were also part of the contract.

MILLENNIUM ARTS COOLING WATER INTAKE
Client: Bovis Lend Lease
Year Completed: 2006
Location: Southbank Brisbane (South East Queensland)
Description: Construction of the cooling water intake tunnel from the Brisbane River to the Millennium Arts complex. The works included a sheet piled coffer dam to enable construction to take place below the water level in the river, treatment of acid sulphate soils from the excavations and high levels of environmental management and community liaison with the public using the popular Southbank Boardwalk.
