Probuild Constructions is a well respected and significant player in the Building Construction Industry and has branches in Perth and Sydney, as well as an interest in a civil engineering construction company CECK, in Perth.
The annual turnover for the Probuild group is expected to exceed $650 million for the 2008/2009 financial year.

Probuild Constructions is in turn majority owned by WBHO Ltd, one of the largest Civil Engineering and Building construction companies in Southern Africa. WBHO operates in South Africa, its neighbouring countries and also in Central, West and East Africa.

The turnover for WBHO for the 2008 Financial Year was equivalent to A$2 billion.

Basic Construction Services more than quadrupled its turnover in the first four years after Probuild Constructions acquired its stake in the company.

This rapid growth was facilitated by a buoyant construction market and unlimited Bank Guarantee facilities provided by Probuild Constructions, complemented with the proactive, committed, non adversarial and quality conscious culture that had been cultivated throughout the organisation.

2009

Chevron Construction Company (Pty) Ltd T/a Basic Construction Services changed its name
to Probuild Civil (QLD) Pty Ltd, to more closely align itself with the parent company, Probuild Constructions (Aust) Pty Ltd.
