Sydney has many years experience as a Project and Construction Manager.  He has been involved in Civil and infrastructure works; roads and bridges; and has also worked in Local Government and the Railways.  Along with a strong customer focus Sydney has a commitment to Safety, Quality and Environmentally sustainable outcomes.

Les has international experience in senior management including corporate management systems, construction, mining and the public sector including risk and performance management.

His qualifications include degrees and diplomas in Business, Human Resources, OHS, Environment, Engineering, Training and Technology. Les is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 1990 (member 1988).

Sharlene Mulvenna joined us with a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development, after working in the construction industry for more than 15 years.  During those years of experience, Sharlene held a State-based Human Resources and Training Manager role, before moving into a National HR and Organisational Development managerial role with a top tier organisation.
