Probuild Civil (QLD) Pty Ltd, founded in 1984 as Chevron Construction Company Pty Ltd, T/a Basic Construction Services, operates as a Civil Engineering Contractor in South East, Central and North Queensland and has expertise in the following areas:

- Bulk Earthworks
- Pavements and Roadwork
A significant portion of the Company’s turnover is derived from the Department of Main Roads, where the Company has a prequalification status of R4B3F6, enabling it to tender on individual projects with values up to $100 million.
Other valued Government clients include the Port of Brisbane Corporation, Queensland Motorways and Queensland Rail.
The company carries out work for private clients on their own developments and also as a subcontractor to some of the major contractors on Federally funded projects.
Probuild Civil (QLD) operates a suite of Management Systems that are designed to be flexible to meet any project requirement but also rigid enough to satisfy the Australian Standards on which they are based.
Apart from its financial strength, brought about through its majority shareholder, Probuild Constructions (Aust) Pty Ltd, the Company's real strength lies in the skill and dedication of its employees, who ensure that a high quality product is provided with the minimum amount of inconvenience or disruption to our clients, their representatives and the community of the area in which the work is being carried out.
We employ a number of technically qualified people as well as those who have learned it the "hard way" having spent many years on site honing their skills and knowledge base.
